Some of the most awaited Car launches include the Tata Aeris, Tata Aeris EV, Renault Triber Turbo, Skoda Slavia facelift and Honda Elevate facelift. Tata is anticipated to release the substitutes for Tigor and Tigor.ev, while Renault is readying a more powerful Triber. Skoda and Honda, on the other hand, are releasing revisions of their current products.

The Tata Aeris is the replacement for Tigor
Tata Motors is set to phase out the Tigor and launch a new sedan instead, which has been named the Aeris. The next model will be a facelift as well as major exterior and interior modifications.
The Tata Aeris at the front will boast a slimmer grille, a bigger lower air dam, LED reflector headlamps with DRLs built into them, and LED fog lamps. A new purple exterior colour will also be launched.
The back may even get connected LED tail lamps, a redesigned boot lid, and a new bumper design modelled on the Tata Curvv.
The Aeris will be equipped with a more updated dashboard, which includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A semi-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, cruise control, and auto-folding ORVMs are among the other expected features.
Six airbags, ESC, hill-hold assist, 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, and TPMS are examples of safety equipment.
The sedan is likely to retain Tata's 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The petrol version is expected to generate about 86 PS and 113 Nm of torque, whereas the CNG version is expected to generate 76 PS and 97 Nm of torque. It will be powered by a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT.
The Tata Aeris will go on sale from September 25 at a price of approximately Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).
2. Tata Aeris.ev – Tigor.ev Replacement
Tata Motors is also thought to be launching the Aeris EV soon, alongside the petrol-powered Aeris, which is expected to replace the Tigor.ev.
Sharing the electric architecture of the updated Tiago EV, the electric sedan is expected to launch. It might be available in 19 kWh and 24 kWh battery capacities, respectively, with suggested ranges of around 226 km and 285 km.
This is an expected difference between the petrol version and the Aeris.ev, with the latter version receiving a more unique design. It may include a coupe-like notchback design, a restyled front and rear, new alloy wheels, and even front and rear LED tail-lights inspired by the Curvv EV.
The cabin should have a stand-alone 10.25-inch touchscreen that features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, and a fully digital instrument cluster.
The rest of the features are expected to include wireless charging, Type-C charging ports, rear AC vents, and a 360-degree camera. There will also be six airbags as standard.
Tata Aeris.ev will go on sale on September 25. The expected price for its model may begin at Rs 7.50 lakh onwards and may reach Rs 9.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
3. Renault Triber Turbo – Gives the 7-Seater More Power
Renault has got its eyes on increasing the power of its very popular Triber MPV. The most significant change will be the introduction of a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, which will tackle one of the most significant weaknesses of the current Triber.
The car's engine is expected to be similar to that of the turbo-petrol engine in the Renault Kiger and the Nissan Magnite. The specific details of the Triber version of this engine are yet to be confirmed, but it generates 100 PS and 160 Nm in the Kiger.
The turbo-petrol is thought to be available in a 5-speed manual transmission. It is also rumored that a CVT automatic will be added.
In addition to the CNG version, Renault might also be bringing a factory-fitted CNG Triber to the market. The CNG system will likely feature two cylinders placed under the boot, which will help maintain boot space.
The existing Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The new turbo variant is likely to come with a price tag premium in the current Rs 5.81 lakh to Rs 8.53 lakh (ex-showroom) segment.
Renault Triber Turbo is estimated to be introduced by the close of September, but the exact date is yet to be confirmed.

4. Skoda Slavia Facelift – Major Update
Skoda has already revealed the revised Slavia, and the facelift model has made some exterior and interior changes to the popular sedan.
The front of the updated Slavia features new LED DRLs, a more angular bumper, a textured air dam and LED fog lights. The sedan also gets new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
The rear LED tail lamps are updated and now feature sequential indicators.
The sporty Monte Carlo version is fitted with blacked-out exterior accents, red brake calipers, black alloy wheels, and red accents. Skoda is also predicted to introduce new Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige exterior colours, bringing the total to 10 different ones.
The interior sees a new 10.1-inch display touchscreen and AI assistant. A bigger 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, too, is a big upgrade.
The Slavia's feature highlights include a rear-seat massage function, which is likely to provide the model with an extra bit of comfort. The sedan is also fitted with a 360-degree camera and front parking sensors.
There are features like automatic climate control, wireless charging, a sunroof and wireless smartphone connectivity.
The engine selection is unchanged. The 1.0-litre TSI produces 115 PS and 178 Nm, while the 1.5-litre TSI generates 150 PS and 250 Nm.
The smaller engine is now expected to be paired with a new 8-speed automatic gearbox, rather than the previous 6-speed automatic. The 1.5-litre TSI still features a 7-speed DSG.
The revamped Skoda Slavia will reportedly come with a price tag of Rs 11 lakh to 18 lakh (ex-showroom).
5. Honda Elevate Facelift – Major Update Coming
Honda is also preparing a facelift for the Elevate SUV, with the updated model expected to make its debut in early October.
This will be the first major update for the Honda Elevate since its introduction in India. The facelift is expected to bring styling changes to the grille, front and rear bumpers, lighting elements and alloy wheels, while the overall SUV silhouette is likely to remain largely unchanged.
The interior could receive more significant upgrades. Honda is expected to introduce a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, new upholstery and ventilated front seats.
The SUV could also receive an updated 360-degree camera system and an enhanced ADAS package. Expected ADAS features could include adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and lane-keeping assistance.
With these additions, Honda is expected to focus on improving both the technology and comfort levels of the Elevate without making major changes to its overall design.
5 New Cars Coming Soon in India
The next few days will be particularly interesting for Indian car buyers, with Tata Motors introducing two new sedan options, Renault adding a turbo-petrol powertrain to the Triber, Skoda updating the Slavia, and Honda preparing a major Elevate facelift.
The Tata Aeris and Aeris.ev are expected to arrive on September 25, while the Renault Triber Turbo is expected by the end of September. The updated Skoda Slavia is also among the key launches around this period, followed by the Honda Elevate facelift in early October.
With new features, updated styling, additional powertrain options, and more technology, these upcoming models are expected to give buyers more choices across the sedan, MPV, EV, and SUV segments.
